What uses an AI credit?
One successfully completed AI image uses one credit. Generating a new direction and refining an uploaded or selected reference each use one credit. Mirroring, rotation, monochrome viewing, writing notes, saving versions and downloading your project are free.
What happens if a render fails or I close the page?
A failed or expired render returns its reserved credit. If an image completes while you are away, use Recover last artwork in the studio to add it to your saved versions. A pending payment does not require a second purchase; use Check payment again.
Do my credits expire or renew automatically?
Purchased credits do not expire and packs never renew automatically. When your credits run out, choose another pack only if you want more AI artwork.
How do I move credits to another device?
After purchase, download your private studio pass. Enter its code through Restore credits on another device. Keep the code private because it gives access to your credits. Save an editable project separately to transfer artwork and notes.
Is my artwork shared publicly?
You choose whether each new AI image is added to the Flash Wall. Public entries use image-based titles and descriptions. Your prompt and artist handoff notes are not published. Uncheck public sharing before rendering to keep the image private.
Can I get help with a purchase?
Use contact and service status for purchase support and refund requests. Include your Stripe receipt reference, never card details or your private studio pass. A confirmed refund removes the corresponding credits; a failed render returns its credit automatically.
