YOUR CONCEPT. THEIR CRAFT.Booking, deposits and arrival expectations
Appointments are by reservation only and require a non refundable deposit to secure your slot; if you did not put money down you are not on the schedule.
If you arrive late you will likely be rescheduled because other clients are booked after you; plan to be on time to avoid losing your appointment window.
Design changes, excluded services and touch ups
Major design changes can force a reschedule because they affect the artist’s scheduled time and subsequent appointments.
The shop will not perform white ink tattoos or tattoos on the side of the finger; white ink is refused because it rarely meets expectations and side‑of‑finger tattoos are avoided due to poor long term healing and spreading.
Touch ups done by the original artist are generally free, but hand tattoos receive only one free touch up and additional work is billed at the shop’s hourly rate.
