Clients may reschedule up to three times but must give at least three days notice for each change; missing that window forfeits the deposit and requires a new deposit to rebook. Arrivals later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time are treated as a no show and result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

How do I reschedule an appointment?
You may reschedule via the confirmation email or text, by emailing contact@ink2heal.com, or by calling 551-228-3471; allow at least three days notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment it will be considered a no show and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Can a new client book a touch up?
Touch ups are available only to existing clients; new clients who book a touch up service will be charged a new full brows fee.
